I DIDN’T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER, HOW CAN I FIND IT?
We always send an email right after you place an order, letting you know we recieved it.. We include a tracking number after the product ships, so that you can track your order. Getting your tracking orderf may take a day or two. If you somehow missed that email, or didn’t receive it, it’s possible that it ended up in Spam or Promotions folder. We would then recommend searching your emails from sender “808shop”. In most popular email platforms, such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail, you should search in all folders including spam and trash in case you deleted by accident. The shipping confirmation email should be one of the emails received from us, and tracking number for your order is there. If after you check and still can't find it please let us know and we will send out your tracking number. Please contact us if you have further questions.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping usually takes about 5 to 8 days on items shipped from the U.S. All of our items ship from our U.S. warehouse. On rare occassions we may offer a product that ships from China. You will know on the product page before you purchase that it ships from China.. In some cases shipping from China can be from 2 to 5 weeks. Please read more about it on our shipping info page.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Order is usually shipped via regular mail. In USA it’s USPS or UPS. If you ordered some small items, orders are often shipped in standard envelopes right to your mailbox. So don't forget to check there.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
Don’t worry, we can assure you that your order is on its way and will reach you soon.
The easiest way to check your order is to go to the top of the 808 Shop website and look for the "track you order" link. You will need the email you used for purchase and your order number. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received right after making a purchase. Just go to the Order Lookup page, enter your email and order number, and you will be able to see your order status and tracking details.
If for some reason tracking is not working on the Order Tracking page, you can check where your order is using a shipping tracking number which we email to you once the product has shipped. (see above how to find it). You can use any of the shipment tracking sites to check your order’s location. If you are living in the US, we would recommend checking on the USPS website. If you live outside US, we recommend 17Track. Just go to the website, enter your tracking number and you will get all the info about your order.
TRACKING SHOWS ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T GET IT. WHERE IS IT?
If you ordered some small items, it is very likely that your order was shipped in a standard envelope and delivered to your mailbox.
If you still can't find your order, please contact your local post office. Provide them with tracking number and they should tell you, where your package is.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
No, what you see at the payment page is what you pay.
I ENTERED WRONG NAME/SHIPPING ADDRESS IN MY ORDER, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
If you contact us about this issue before we ship your order, then yes. Just contact us and we will help you. Unfortunately, we cannot do much after the order is shipped.
